He was excellent throughout the whole process - he found me the perfect property, made sure the buying process was quick and answered my endless list of questions very promptly. In an ever worsening situation, the agency called contractors out for the fourth time, to once again confirm that there was infact an issue with our water supply. The contractors, of course, confirmed this again.
