With over 166,000 households in temporary accommodation in London today, we are overwhelmed with every home we are privileged to offer to hardworking families. We receive hundreds of enquiries daily, and we are a small team that gives our time to help bridge the gap in rents and low income. We have strong working relationships with our London local authorities, and families facing immediate homelessness are often prioritised due to their dire needs. We sincerely apologise if you were unsuccessful in your application with us; it's challenging times out there, we know only too well as we do this job daily. It is important to note that we offered you no service, yet you have reviewed our service as an experience, but we did not engage our service with you; the point of Trustpilot is to review the service you were provided. Perhaps this is your point; we didn't have the property availability you needed or wanted. We wish we had enough homes for everyone who applied to us, including you, but what can we do when faced with an overwhelming need for every home we offer? Your review marks the overall frustration and painful fact that these are desperate times. It only highlights the levels that some will go to when facing the astronomical cost of living and cannot achieve what we all deserve: a safe, stable, and affordable home.
