One of the worse estate agents ever . Do not trust them . They are shysters . Do not trust Karen Bain she's a snake. By all means stay far far away from them she will only care for your money then bye bye. You will be house in drug dens, ex murderers flats , killers . Rather be homeless than renting with them .she care more about her appearance and her son and her staff. Do not trust them .speak to the council first and search them up. Company house . Citizens advise. They are not welcome or used with many council. Be careful. Do not trust them at all. Most of these reviews are fake or tennants who just moved in. I was happy when I first moved . Karen , Lisa, Debbie, promised so much then after I moved in was like a bomb. They disseminate. They are shysters . They only care for money from the council from mother and child . Do not trust them by all mean . If they offer you a flat in Brookhill road woolich , be assured , its very dangerous, its a converted house to flats. The noise are horrendous from upstairs as a man call Geroge sublet the upstairs for like 12 and 16 people living there. The electricity is upstairs so you cannot access it. Every one does drugs and smoke weed on the street. They play loud music. Arm police been there 4 times like 50 of then while I was there with guns etc. The police will say to you do not move there . There are police always coming and going as its a dead end road and very dangerous. Someone got killed and stabbed recently .You cannot leave door open or anything outside people will walk in druggies and also take what's in from your flat garden remember the people upstairs will trow there rubbish on your garden . The noise from upstairs and your neighbours is unbelievable Karen will never tell you this she doesn't care or give a toss as shes a nasty disgusting person .There are drunks living there ,upstairs its crazy and on the streets.

We understand that you experienced a long period of homelessness, and that being placed into accommodation after over two years of rough sleeping, while also managing three dogs and many personal challenges, was not an easy transition.
You were supported into housing by both Thames Reach and Greenwich Council, who made significant efforts to help you settle. We recognise that your personal experiences and belief systems may have made it difficult for you to feel comfortable in your placement, and we are sorry that this has been the case.
However, we must be absolutely clear: a tenancy cannot be sustained on the basis of personal belief or frustration alone. Housing is provided in good faith. Once a tenancy is legally surrendered, as you did in writing, it is no longer yours to occupy. Re-entering the property without permission was unlawful.
We cannot be held to ransom because a tenant finds it hard to adapt, or feels that their views or preferences aren’t aligned with the community. We are obligated to protect our landlords, who make affordable homes available for those who respect the process and seek a stable home.
While we understand you are upset, the facts of this case are clear and have been confirmed by both Thames Reach and the Royal Borough of Greenwich.
We genuinely wish you the best moving forward and hope you are able to find a placement that better meets your long-term needs.

Thank you so much, Sam, for your excellent review of our services. It is more cost-effective for tenants to be able to renew their existing tenancies and for the Landlords too! If a rent can be agreed upon, the associated costs of moving for the tenant are saved, and the costs for finding and facilitating a new tenant for the landlord are saved. These are just the costs, but we all know that so much more is involved in moving home for families with children at school, so saving an existing tenancy will always be a priority, if possible and if it’s the right thing to do for both Tenant and Landlord! I was misinformed, repeatedly pressured, and experienced a complete lack of transparency. Significant amounts were paid upfront for rent and a guarantor scheme, yet promises were not kept. I was subjected to unfair treatment and received little to no support once the money had been transferred.
When I asked for clarification or a refund, the communication turned cold and even threatening. I strongly advise anyone looking for a fair and professional rental experience to stay away from this agency.

Dear Samuel,
We understand that we have never worked with you directly, and from previous email correspondence, you appear to be Martin’s husband. This is the only connection we can identify, as we do not hold any tenancy or service record in your name.
As such, we were surprised to read your review, which appears to be a second-hand account of Martin’s situation and presents a highly inaccurate and one-sided narrative of what was, in truth, a very complex case.
Martin was supported into housing through a multi-agency referral involving Thames Reach and his local Council. He was prioritised for housing due to his statement that he had been sleeping rough with three dogs for over two years.
In good faith and under considerable pressure, we sourced and secured accommodation for him at extremely short notice, with the cooperation of the landlord and council support services.
Unfortunately, Martin did not meet the obligations outlined in his tenancy agreement. After signing and moving in, he vacated the property without notice and presented to the local authority in a further bid for homelessness prevention support. This application was refused, as he had voluntarily surrendered the tenancy.
He then unlawfully re-entered the property and refused to vacate or pay rent, despite having already confirmed in writing that he had left. His conduct placed other residents at risk and created an extremely distressing situation for our team and the landlord. We acted responsibly throughout and followed the appropriate legal procedures.
We are further concerned by Martin’s public statements, which claim that he was never homeless. If true, this would raise serious questions about the support and public funds accessed through local government and charity partners. We have reported this to the relevant authorities for investigation.
Due to Martin’s repeated use of highly offensive language, including discriminatory and defamatory statements about named individuals, we have submitted a formal police complaint. These communications are now part of an ongoing case being handled by the appropriate authorities.
We are proud of the work we do, supporting vulnerable individuals into safe and secure homes. However, we cannot and will not tolerate abusive behaviour that places our staff, landlords, or mission at risk.
We continue to cooperate fully with the police, local council, and charity partners in this matter and have nothing further to add publicly., Lease For Life Housing Group
