GoogleDone an illegal eviction witch they let themselves into my home and chucked away all my belongings including my 2 year old sons belongings,They helped their self to my television on my wall and other valuable items. Then tried to pretend that my front door was wide open and they thought I had already lefted the property before my eviction date. They lefted me and my son in a mould ridden house for over 3 months witch my son has now developed asthma . Would avoid this company like the plague

We understand that this situation has been distressing for you, and we'd like to offer some clarification on several key points.
Your tenancy ended following a lawful court eviction due to rent arrears. While there was an administrative error regarding the date of possession, we acknowledged this at the time and agreed a compensation package with you, which was accepted in full and final settlement.
To be clear, no member of our staff removed or retained any of your belongings. The lock change and property clearance were carried out by third-party contractors appointed by the landlord, in accordance with standard legal procedures.
Regarding the condition of the property, the damp issue was not due to neglect. It was caused by a burst water main outside the building. This was investigated and confirmed by Thames Water. The necessary repairs, including excavation of the driveways, were delayed, which unfortunately was outside of our control.
Due to GDPR regulations, we are limited in what we can say publicly. However, if you choose to clarify the circumstances surrounding your tenancy and the reasons for your eviction in your review, we would then be able to provide a more complete and balanced response.
We recognise this has been a challenging time for you, likely before and after your tenancy, and we truly regret the distress caused. No one wants to go through an eviction, and it's never a step we take lightly. We sincerely hope that you are now in a more stable and supported environment.
