Dear Rafael, we know how hard it is for tenants that feel they have n other option but to accept conditions, such as you have experienced. It easy for others to say you should not have had to accept this, but what were your options in reality? You are a hardworking father; you work nights, and you work hard. It has been our privilege to place you in a great home with a Landlord who supports the heartbeat of London’s workforce

Karen and Lisa gave me a lot of confidence to trust in their work. After nightmare tenants it is refreshing to have such great tenants that really appreciate the place and make it into a home. Great work!
Yulieth · 15 November 2021
Agent replied · 25 October 2024
Thank you Yulieth, anyone can find themselves with tenants unable to pay their rent; recent times can attest to this. This is why we ensure all our tenancies are supported with Rent Guarantee Insurance. BUT when your rent is set close to, if not at the Local Housing Rate, you know 100% you have a solid platform to bounce back from often without relying on an insurance claim. Your support is invaluable 😊
