KFH were efficent in setting up the offer for sale but after the second viewer had made an acceptable offer they appeared to be doing very little as negotiations dragged on. It is hard to say what more they could actually have done, but a general impression of more proactive support would have been welcome.

Avoid using KFH Kennington lettings department - they are awful and unprofessional - they have cost me alot of money due to bad communication as a landlord ( my new tenants struggles to get information also ) so all round awful - there is a lot of choice out there - don’t be duped into using these terrible people

KFH were quick to put my flat back on the rental market when the sale of my flat fell through. Within a day had successfully found a tenant and the process went through quickly and thoroughly and tenant moved in within 3 weeks. Extremely pleased with the outcome.

GoogleGood experience on the overall. Patient and friendly agents. It went well, but could improve on communication between the deposit and signing the tenancy agreement as sometimes we didn't quite know what the next steps were (i.e. consult about preffered moving dates, updates on the situation of the flat before the moving date). Also, though probably not their responsibility, helping you sort out who the energy providers are would be a big plus, as there was no hint whatsoever 2 weeks after moving in.

He was friendly, considerate of our needs, professional and gave me hope that we'd find somewhere. And we did! GoogleReally did their best for us in a difficult market. We used them after trying another well known agent in the area and were far happier. The whole team kept us well informed and when things weren't going well tried to come up with ideas/solutions. In fact when any problems arose, during the legal side of things, they did their best to assist and even make sure papers were delivered asap. They arranged meetings to discuss the sale to suit our work schedule (even at 7am in the morning). Even when the exchange of contracts was done, when i know many agents think their work is done, they were more than helpful in assisting us in any way possible. It's a great team, well led by Neil, with Paul and Harry working really hard.
