KFH were everything you expect an estate agent to be, honest, reliable but most of all really helpful- especially when you have just 24hours from 1st viewing to exchange of contracts. With Yasmin at the Baker Street branch pushing and liaising and our lawyers doing their job, we exchanged by close of business the second day after viewing. KFH put simply- Amazing !!!!!!!

Suitable tenants have always been found quickly.The tenancy agreements have been arranged quickly and our very through. When there has been a change in tenant that has been sorted easily. The tenants are happy with all arrangements.There are of course fees to pay but you get what you pay for . Bad tenants could be more costly.
