Difficult to review when you're the buyer - you're not really the customer and certainly not paying the bill. However, everyone else dealt with was friendly, helpful and courteous. And they definitely stayed on top of the process, ensuring everything kept ticking along and politely nudging us when we were the ones being useless!Would definitely consider them when we come to sell.

GoogleKFH St John's wood has provided good letting services specially when I had to early annul the letting agreement due to health reasons, they got me a new tenant replacement in 10 days in the holiday season of Dec and I had to pay around a £1000 lesser due to their proactive service. Dan and Ali are a good team and they have provided all round support in the peak christmas holiday season and right till the end of deposit refund is extremely commendable.

I was impressed from the outset by Annabel Hauswirth, KFH’s Sales Assistant Manager, who patiently arranged viewings for a number of properties. She was very knowledgable about the properties we visited and the market in general, and once my offer had been accepted, proved very helpful, efficient and enthusiastic in answering all the questions that I threw at her during the conveyancing process which completed on time. Very poor service! I've been with them for more than 4 years and can't even remind a case solved on time and at the first try... This business is out of their capacity. Constant change of managers, any of them more and more incompetent and obviously overloaded.. STAY WELL AWAY IF YOU CAN!
