I have been using KFH service now for over 4 years, I have had many tenants move in and out of my property. They are very professional in dealing with landlords and they try to negotiate the best deals for you and advise you a lot from their profound experience Starting from Daisy who is very entithiastic in doing her work and showing the property around to Olivier my French speaking saviour who does all the telephone calls and planning for long hours to make the deals run and finally Dan who is managing the team in a friendly and nice way and becomes very attentive to details when needs be thank you very much guys for the great work

I had a few viewings with Sam Gadackchi yesterday and he was exceptionally professional and went above and beyond. He prepared all the particulars with lease lengths and service charge details added, suggested another viewing I'd missed which turned out to be my favourite, and was so courteous and helpful in general. Very poor at tenancy renewals

The renewals team at KFH appear to get worse and worse each time we renew the tenancy. All whilst they continue to be happy to charge large amounts of money for the poor service. Understand there are better / cheaper options online now for which we will use in the future.
