We found out about KFH through my nephew, who’d had recently changed management from another company, and couldn’t recommend KFH highly enough. At the moment we are in contact with two different branches, and we can say they are friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. We were concerned about the market and weren’t optimistic about finding tenants quickly, but they really surprised us! We are very happy to have decided to work with them.

GoogleWhen choosing an agent to sell our property, we contacted KFH first - assuming they would do a good job following 10 years of persistent advertising through our letterbox. Not only were we happy with the services they provided, but it went beyond all our expectations. They had our flat under offer within a week, which in the current market was down to their incredibly hard work. The guys in the office worked brilliantly as a team and were all very helpful. Our sale ended up being a long-drawn out process due to reasons beyond their control - however, they chased landlords and solicitors on an almost daily basis for us and worked tiredlessly throughout the whole process. I felt that their role as an agent went far beyond a motivation just to make money - they have a true passion for their work, and do everything they can to make you feel valued as a client. We would consult them again, without a doubt.

They work for their clients throughout the process of finding a reliable buyer, and beyond; continuing to liaise with both parties, and their solicitors, smoothing the process, right through to completion. All members of the team at KFH, St. John's Wood, personally knew, both me, and my property. I was continually updated on all aspects of the transaction and could depend on them for reliable advise on any peripheral issues. From preparing necessary legal procedures and documents prior tenancy, to being reachable and responsive when we have queries during tenancy. If there’s a repair, we are given the quote and we are always asked if we like to proceed. Overall, we are very pleased!

The properties were shown to me by Ali Karim who understood what I was looking for in a rental accommodation and worked accordingly. He has also been very helpful and prompt during the process of making an offer and then processing my paperwork.
