Josh from the Balham Hill branch was very professional and went beyond his role as Estate Agent coordinating the lawyers to ensure that the exchange date we requested was met. He always returned calls and always kept us up to date with progress. So we had a very good ciustomer experience.

KFH Crystal Palace branch have let and managed our property for several years. We have been pleased with the quality of service and the responsiveness of the people involved in different aspects of the letting and management process. We have found their charges competitive and the financial aspects, including clear monthly statements, are transparent. We have had no reason to consider alternative agents.

It’s been hell dealing with the agency by the end of tenancy. They are not really tenant friendly. They side more with the landlords, and if you get a bad none responsive landlord you just have to deal with it. They are thief of your money and trust

Extremely pushy, got us to make unnecessary compromises for the landlord wherever possible, encourage rent bidding, rushed us into handing over money, resistant to making repairs to the house before moving in.Our agent was Francesca Ottley. Would never work with her again.

These guys are bullies…. They are trying to extract money from an honest tenant to cover the costs they incurred due to internal mistakes. They just keep increasing the amount demanded without adequately answering simple enquiries…very unfair
