Maintained momentum and energy in pushing a sale through over a particularly long process (6 months) with multiple hiccups. Agent leading it (Lucy) was great and always helpful. I think without KfH's efforts the sale would have likely fallen through.

They managed to find a new tenant immediately and aligned my moving out and his moving in very efficiently, which saved me a three week rent. Rachel communicated very well with the landlord around the check out arrangements and I have received my full deposit in my bank account two working days after the check out. Very impressed :-)

Annoying that I can’t give 0 stars! The worst property management company I have ever come across, their prices are extortionate and we’re currently paying thousands of pounds a year for what feels like a Henry Hoover to visit once a week! Do not use this company for anything!

GoogleKFH did an excellent job in marketing and selling our flat. We switched brokers to them because they were sure they'd find a buyer in a tough real estate climate. We went from a trickle of viewings to a flood. And they did it all with an invaluable attention to us as clients. Both Harry Marks and Daniel Leigh get top marks for keeping us informed and happy through the entire process.
