By far the worst estate agents I've ever encountered, they illegally entered my property without permission, broke my window then denied all knowledge and laughed when I went to complain. Incompetent, rude and disrespectful only begin to describe them.

Hold on- these reviews are meant for property management according to my search and not sales! Note the difference. As owner/occupier of a KFH managed property I find the disparity of concern. For management issues have ongoing concerns especially in regard to fees!

GoogleWe recently bought a flat at St. Edmund's terrace with KFH. our experience was particularly great due to the efforts, coordination and managing of all odd ends by our agent Harry Marks. He managed not only the coordination within KFH, but also with solicitors and mortgage agents. He was always available to discuss even the smallest of issues and give useful advise. Made the move very smooth!!
