I've recently started renting from Foxtons. They are both the letting agent and the managing agent. I have never paid so much for such a bad service. None of the extractor fans work, my heating doesnt work, the curtain rods are bent and now one has fallen off & luckily no one got hurt because they have taken so long to resolve the issues. I'm wondering is this even legal?

I contacted ONE agent for a specific property viewing, and it has turned into a total nightmare. I am being hounded by at least FOUR different colleagues from this branch. The frequency is beyond unprofessional, I just received 2 calls in the span of 5 minutes.

Tony is simply the best Property Manager we have had. He is very responsive. He excels in providing us updates on our property and if something needs our attention such as a repair then Tony makes sure it is completed professionally and also monitors the cost of the repairs to make sure we get "value for money". Tony is our trusted partner and has earned both our respect and friendship. We cannot speak more highly of Tony. The only Property Manager we ever want is Tony. Thank you. You have a wonderful and motivated employee.

As a landlord (don't hate me!) paying for a managed service, they tried to charge me £90 + vat to fix a meter door with two cable ties. This is typical, and I have to chase them repeatedly for everything. My tenants and I deserve better.

Titia is an asset to the Property Management team at Foxtons and a testament to what great customer service needs to be - clear communication, attention to detail, very responsive and always solution focused! We need more like her that can handle the fast paced, often confusing landscape of liaising between multiple stakeholders and issues.

I had an awful experience with Foxtons. After returning the keys to the flat at the end of my tenancy, Foxtons lost them. As a result, my landlord tried to charge me for a month's worth of rent and the cost of changing the lock. Throughout the process, Foxtons seemed more interested in siding with the landlord rather than addressing their own mistake. I would not recommend their services to anyone.

I am very happy with the service I am receiving from Jessica James, who is my Property Manager based in Foxtons' Tower Bridge office. She is quick to respond to emails, helpful when I need to communicate with my tenant and swift to resolve any issues that need sorting out with regard to maintenance at the flat. Thank you Jessica.

Tony does an excellent job as Property Manager of our flat in Marsham Court. He handles all of our enquiries expeditiously and professionally. When there are issues with the flat (such as a water leak into the restaurant below our flat) then Tony addresses them immediately and outlines our options. If we need to buy furniture, then Tony provides links to various suppliers which helped my wife and then communicates to the tenants when they will arrive etc. My wife and I cannot speak highly enough of Tony. He is simply the best and we rely upon him. Tony is the consummate professional.

Nicky and her team were fantastic, they took the time to understand the property, location etc and kept us updated every step of the way. Six weeks from offer to exchange! Nicky was always at the end of a WhatsApp or email, so we were never left waiting for answers. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Foxtons!

We dealt with Abdi when investigating who best to sell our flat.He was incredibly helpful throughout the discussions and nothing was too much trouble - he has incredible energy and enthusiasm and is relentless in bringing you on board.We didn't go with Foxtons on this occasion but would definitely come back in future.

I had an incredibly unfair and unprofessional experience with the Foxtons Deposits Team. We moved out in October 2025, yet it took five months for any clarity regarding our deposit, a delay that felt like a tactical move to strip us of our right to provide counter-evidence.

I was hesitant to use Foxtons Property Management due to the fees, but Jessica James has been fantastic. She's the perfect liaison between tenant and landlord, handling heated, tricky situations really well by remaining calm and thinking of solutions. As a first time landlord, Jessica has been great, I would recommend her to anyone.

I have just bought a property through Foxtons and I am extremely happy with my experience. I cannot thank Nicholas Wiley, the sales manager from the Pimlico Office enough. He was very responsive, helpful and understanding throughout the whole process. Overall I have had a great experienced and I am glad to work with Foxtons.

I have just had to serve notice of eviction on three tenants for continous, incessant and serious breaches of the tenancy agreement that Foxtons created and use. Dealing drugs from my property, smoking drugs and tobacco inside my property, other people living at the property, homeless people sleeping in communal areas because they leave the front door open, parties until 3am, police being called for violent fights, unwraped rotten meat thrown in the communal bin area, the list goes on and on. ALL of this has been compained about by other tenants and landords and myself to Foxtons on MANY occasions and NOTHING AT ALL has been done. The excuse is "We've asked them to stop and they haven't so there's nothing more we can do" A total waste of time and money. I would advise ANYONE to steer well clear of them.

Unfortunately we don't have the power to enforce these actions and as they are deemed a civil matter the police and/or council can take necessary actions which will need to be reported by the neighbours.If there is a breach of the tenancy agreement then serving notice is the correct course of action and should the tenants not leave you can proceed with a possession order through the courts.Please do get in touch with your property manager or our lettings support team if we can be of any assistance.Kind regardsNick

I am a landlord. I had extremely bad experiences with Foxtons. Huge let down with very high fee and poor service. Always make false promises to the landlords and tenants alike and then backout once the tenancy goes through. Once they get their commision, they stop bothering with any problems arising.
