I was given a free valuation by Ramshey and Brian from the St. John's Wood office recently and was very pleased with their friendly and helpful service. Also, I have had contact with Akshay and Faisal on the phone and they have always been very pleasant and friendly. There has been no pressure for me to make any decisions as I just wanted some information about my property and they were happy to help. Thank you Foxtons.

I thought big name company like Foxtons are more professional. When we gave offer for the property they lied to us about yearly maintenance and years left on lease. Maintenance was double what they said and almost 10 years less on lease what they said. The vendor accepted our offer and they still went back on the market without even telling us. Constantly pushing with emails and phone calls to sale our house with them and we were clear that we will stay with our local agents. My last email was replayed after almost 3 weeks. It looks like their police is to go with quantity and not quality. Shame.

GoogleWe were looking for two-bedroom flat and Foxtons was our main option as they usually have really great properties. We spent a full day with different foxtons offices and I can tell that the main aspect that differentiates foxtons from other agencies are the people they select. Focus is on making the client feeling welcome and the hospitality touch is always there. Special shout to Marcin who did not only show us incredible properties that matched our needs but also took that extra mile and made us feel like we were out looking for a flat with a friend who knows us really well and wants what's best for us. Writing this review purely for my initial interaction with Foxtons after 6 or 7 years. Roberta was so friendly and wonderful to speak to. She was calm, listened really well and asked more questions on certain points to ensure she can tailor her or her team’s rental recommendations specifically to my preferences. They’ve hit a goldmine with having someone like her greeting customers on the phone because I now don't want to rent with another estate agent.Thank you Roberta!

They went above and beyond to find potential buyers and helped us stay positive about the process. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they kept in touch throughout. Landlords don’t be fooled by the nice offices and friendly staff. They are ruthless. They take 13 percent + VAT for rent collection only and lock you in for 5 years. It’s not the tenants we need protecting from. It’s the ruthless agents.

They took over a property agency, and I got the same property manager we had, Kerry Davis, who was, I must say, excellent. She was always kind, responsive and professional to us. We are really glad we had the luck of having her as our property manager. That being said, I can recommend Foxtons especially Battersea branch.

Foxtons was able to directly handle all the work and regulatory issues to prepare our flat for first-time rental. They very, very quickly sourced a tenant. As non-resident landlords, this smooth process was much appreciated. Foxtons’ online documentation system and recording of financial transactions makes the cost tracking for tax purposes easy. Foxtons’ Richard Hockbridge is professional, pro-active and responsive in dealing with the full property management of our flat and tenant.

GoogleI let my property with them for 1 year and felt that they haven't provided adequate service to me at all. It's really difficult to get to my dedicated property manager. Her response rate is about 50%, meaning that only half of the time I might get a reply. They also set me up as an overseas landlord and charged me extra for it, while having my proof of address and ID clearly showing that I am base in the UK. When I requested them to rectify their mistake and demanded refund, they ghosted me. I sent their manager an email a week ago to inform them that I want to terminate my contract with them. They are currently ghosting me. I am not sure if they are actually allowed to ignore that message.

We've been letting through Foxtons for over 12 years and we've always had wonderful sales associates who have managed to let out our property quickly (Matthew Williamson was fab). The Letting Managers have not always been so consistent, but we've been really REALLY happy with Franc (Francisco De Freitas Pinto) and I think our tenants would agree 100%. Franc is incredibly responsive and has a lovely lovely personality.

I have a studio flat in Elephant Castle which I’ve rented out for about 3 years with Foxtons and they’ve been wonderful in finding great tenants for my property. A special mention to Aman Parmar & Solomon Taylor as well for helping me find a suitable tenant within 4 days and organising everything very smoothly! Would highly recommend. It is not often you can say that after dealing with most estate agents but here is an estate agent who listens to your requirements and sources a perfect selection of properties which match the criteria! Non-existent communication. Viewings done by an unprepared team: didn't know level of service charge, exposure, if the appliances were new or not, size of the flat or rooms. One claimed we had replaced the kitchen (we hadn't), another that the Hue Lights we installed were staying in the flat for the buyer (we never said that).

This is my review of Tony Chan of the Property Management APAC Team. Foxton's have employed an excellent representative in Tony. In the past year we completed a lease with a new Tenant. There were some issues and as ALWAYS (for over 3 years) Tony was there to smooth things out and develop a plan for us to move forward with the new tenant. This has included scheduling a number of trades people while also informing the tenant where they need to be reasonable.

Terrible service. Very disappointed. I found a short let property on their portal myself, the agent (Amir Abbasian) kept suggesting either awful properties, or ones over my budget. They were very quick to call back and close the deal but once the deal was made, I never once was able to speak directly to my agent Olivia Taylor, or anyone from Foxtons again. Repeated messages and email queries went unanswered. Every two weeks a new person would be in touch and all my queries would be ignored. The property was nice and in good condition but i paid Foxtons 350 pounds for the end of tenancy clean, and was slapped with a 600 pound cleaning claim on my deposit. The property was never cleaned and my landlord claimed the charges from my deposit. at least a dozen emails later, I still don't have a protection document number for my deposit. I was told my deposit was protected. I ws told I would be provided an inventory upon moving in. I was told the place would be cleaned at the end of my tenancy, for which i paid. None of the above happened. Still waiting for part of my deposit to be returned, even though they said it was transferred three weeks ago and should take 5 to 7 days to be credited. I've settled the dispute with my landlord now, even though it is extortion, but it seems even he was being cheated by Foxtons.
