Worst and most harassing estate agents ever. Let themselves into your property without notice for viewings, harassing phone calls multiple in an hour and just hang up on you or ignore your emails when you need them to sort any issues out on the property. Completely unprofessional and will avoid all their listings from now on

I have known Mohit Jhanji at Foxtons over several years and have seen him progress from junior level to his current directorship. In my dealings with Mohit over that period he has always gone out of his way to assist. I suggest he is a great asset to Foxtons wish him all the very best.

Horrible experience.They lied about our tenancy agreement.Two days before our move in date they told us that the tenancy was never signed and that theybare asking for a lot more money.We ended up being homeless for almost two months and they did not seem to care.They just kept apologizing!Would not recommend dealing with them.

Straight-up refused to show me around a property because it had an offer on it. Not 'Offer Accepted', not 'Under Contract', someone had just made an offer and Foxtons refused me a viewing. Likely cost the seller a better offer and more money as I was incredibly keen on the property and would have outbid the initial offer.
We're really sorry to hear this, having looked into the situation and spoken to the team involved, we believe there may have been some miscommunication, however we have taken your feedback on board in order to improve our services going forward.

After a rocky start when Foxtons bought the lettings agent I had used since 2008, things are looking up. The last letting was brilliantly handled by Victoria Lear and my new property manager, Serena Oram, has shown herself to be helpful and friendly. She also answers all emails, which is a prerequisite for a good working relationship.
