As bas as it can get. I was in a flat with the worst possible landlord, and Foxtons did nothing about it. When I tried to change tenancy, I paid a £50 tenancy fee for a new tenant to replace me, everybody agreed to it, but the tenancy change NEVER actually took place, but Foxtons still kept the money.

GoogleWe worked with Leon here at Foxtons and he was superb. Well informed, enthusiastic and brought some well needed exciting to the monotony of apartment hunting. He was very communicative and candid in his approach which is somewhat refreshing in a world of fast talkers. Highly recommend for the upmost in professionalism and comfortability.

I call them 4 days ago in a five bed house for sale in surely I was told by the lady on the phone who knows the property it’s on their computer that she will arrange appointment for Friday no reply so I called them up to be told they don’t cover this area. Absolutely unprofessional.

Had many bad experience with Foxtons previously. Not until I met Louise from letting team. She was really helpful. Also I got in touch with Tony from the property management APAC team. He was not only explained the statement very patiently, he also arranged locker changing, flat cleaning very efficiently. Both Louise and Tony respond requests fast.

The worst decision I ever made in my life to date was to allow Foxtons to 'manage' my rental property. Legal advice is now being taken.

I have bought my flat through Foxtons 5 years ago and now the time has come to sell it. I had a great experience with them before, so trusted them again with the selling. Oscar Blanchard and Sonny Rogers have been excellent. My property was valued, photographed and put on the market within 5 days!

GoogleI had three different people contacting me to confirm a scheduled viewing. One hour prior to the viewing I sent Kiya that I’d be 30mins late. I arrive to the property and no one is there and she confirmed it would be fine. Very disappointed and very unprofessional.

Hi Omar, we have spoken to the relevant parties involved and understand that Kiya was unwell so her colleague dealt with this in her absence. She waited 45 minutes for you, but was unable to wait any longer as she had another appointment. We understand that she sent you a video of the property so you could still see it.
