Just recently rented a property with century 21 (peterborough) trying to get Information, housing issues sorted or even trying to talk to the one person you need to is impossible. Everyone just fobs you off you wait days for a call back or reply. I regret getting a rental through this company and at the point i have been moved in a week and ready to find a new house due to the service. It's shocking.

I picked RE/MAX to sell my flat partly because I randomly came across the exact agent I had bought it from ten years ago. He and his colleague both worked hard to sell my flat at a good price. Aside from a few minor instances of miscommunication; I was very happy with them. I was particularly impressed with the high quality of the photos and video tour of my flat, which were done to a very professional standard. The manager and employees at century 21 are a bunch of rude, incompetant , money grabbers. They tried to charge me £1008 when I left my property. My property was left in excellent condition. New kitchen floor. New living room carpets. Do not rent a property from this company. That is so so bad what they tried to do to me.

Illegal eviction! And all belongings disposed

Moved into a studio flat in Bedford at the beginning of October. Signed an assured shorthold tenancy agreement. I went away on the 22nd of to December to spend with family. I came back to the property in the 3rd of January. The hotel style keycard would not let me into the flat. I called Fiona (Aka Amna) who is the wife of the landlords son and acting as an agent. Fiona answered my call and After explaining my situation. She started to laugh and then started to swear . I explained I've got nowhere to go it's 9pm she just swore and like laughed like a child. She then told me all my belongings were thrown in the bin a week ago I checked and didn't see any belongings. . I've been made homeless with no legal prossess followed. Ally possessions thrown in the bin and unrecoverable.
