The Lettings Department at Martin & Co Westbury are fantastic, Brittany Tanner in particular was a pleasure to work with! We let our property out, using their fully managed service, and I can honestly say it was a completely stress-free process. The entire department had excellent communication and always responded quickly to resolve problems. Even after the tenancy ended (as we are now selling the property), Brittany was still happy to help with meter readings, checking the property over, and organising contractors to resolve any issues. We would 100% recommend Martin & Co Westbury’s Lettings Team!

From the first contact I made to Martin & Co I have been extremely satisfied with the level of service I’ve received. Both Anna & Charlotte have been excellent taking us through the process of renting from viewing to moving in. Tanya did the valuation of my property. Explained the process thoroughly and gave an honest appraisal, setting the price at a realistic level to generate the most viewings. Louisa followed up with taking some lovely pictures and video tour, complemented with a succinct write up. Am confident that Martin & Co will do their very best for me. Review m&co You know those agents who are really honest, easy to deal with, and who sell your house on first viewing two days after it goes to market? Yeh, me neither until we appointed Martin & Co Westbury. From the moment we first phoned about a market appraisal, we felt like we were the only house they had on the market - we quickly were contacted by almost the whole team for different things: Tanya for a MASTERCLASS market appraisal where her enthusiasm for property and selling became infectious to us - we genuinely also felt excited by the time she left, Louisa for her professional approach to taking our beautiful pictures and house tour, Lewis for a managerial check-in, Kieran for various viewings he had proactively sought from his client base (clearly a man who knows his clients, as the first person he matched for us, offered!) We affectionately renamed the branch ‘Kieran & Co’ as he seems to always answer the phone when we call and brought all the viewings to our house too. That being said, each person we dealt with was a class act within the role they have. It truly feels like every single person in the Westbury office is as enthusiastic about your property and as eager to sell it for you as you are personally. We feel incredibly lucky to have been part of the Martin & Co family for a (short!) while and we will be forever grateful to them for helping us to move from our beloved first house, to our forever home. I stressed my interest in a property on the Friday, and Kerri found me an appointment first-thing Monday morning - very accommodating! Kerri was great at showing me round the property - she was honest, helpful and a pleasure to talk to! Unfortunately the property wasn't quite right which was a shame as I travelled quite far. Kerri kindly moved her diary around to book me into another viewing the same day so that it wasn't a waste of a trip!
