John spent time listening to my previous experience and lack of management with the other agent and explained how they do things and gave very good advice. Consequently I've moved my property management to Martin & Co. John and his team have found lovely new tenants for my property and they kept me informed through the entire process. I am now allowed to make decisions about my own property and everything is all above board with all tenancy agreements and associated paperwork copies issued to me quickly. It is my first year renting post leaving university and have had a lot of negative experiences with previous agencies and landlords. I am however very glad to report that is not the case with Martin and Co, where they are always super helpful and proactive if there is anything that needs to be sorting out. I have direct contact with Becky who has been amazing to ensure that everything is running smoothly and always on hand if there are any problems!
