We have recently engaged with Martin and Co regarding the purchase of a property. We dealt with Louisa for our bookings and it was one of the least onerous processes compared to other estate agents, they were flexible with appointment times and listened to what we were looking for. Kerri was the assigned estate agent to show us the property and was extremely friendly and professional from the get go, she created a comfortable environment which allowed us to have candid conversations. She allowed us to view the property freely whilst remaining nearby to answer any questions. There were a few questions asked that couldn’t be answered on the spot, as they needed to approach the vendor to enquire and while this wasn’t a major issue as they had the response back with us in 24hrs, some of the questions weren’t overly technical I.e. water meters/onward chain. Overall, it was an extremely pleasant experience and we will be using martin and Co in the future!

We listed our home with Martin and Co, it was our first ever property sell, which is a big thing as it has been our home since 2017. Tanya came out for an initial viewing, she was really professional and friendly. Tanya looked around our home initially, gave us all the information we needed and answered questions we had. Louisa came to take photos, this part is always a big thing as it's exposing your home to the market for anyone to see. Louisa was also really friendly, professional and respectful about the entire process, putting us at ease straight away. Our experience so far has been all positive, at no point have we felt like this has just been another house to sell. Both Tanya and Louisa have really understood us and I genuinely believe they approach this whole process like it is their home. I can only say Thank you, I definitely recommend.

Mark was very conscientious with the points he made about property I viewed yesterday. He was very personable and made the whole process a lot less stressful. But in all honesty I’ve had several viewings through the company, and your people on the phone, to every letting agent I’ve met you’ve all been great. I’m taking the time to write this because at least 4 other agents based in and around Trowbridge have had poor to little communication and it appears they only care about their sales. Martin & co is the best estate agents I’ve dealt with in the last several years and it’s been a stressful market to work in. So well done to you all x
