Great service through the whole process, nothings too much trouble and she has a great understanding for both the Tennant and landlords needs. Have had issues previously with tenants but Frankie has done an amazing job finding solutions to help over come issues, she’s a credit to their team.

Mark was very conscientious with the points he made about property I viewed yesterday. He was very personable and made the whole process a lot less stressful. But in all honesty I’ve had several viewings through the company, and your people on the phone, to every letting agent I’ve met you’ve all been great. I’m taking the time to write this because at least 4 other agents based in and around Trowbridge have had poor to little communication and it appears they only care about their sales. Martin & co is the best estate agents I’ve dealt with in the last several years and it’s been a stressful market to work in. So well done to you all x

All the staff have been professional and efficient in both sourcing tenants and in the management of the properties dealing with any issues promptly and sourcing competitively priced contractors to do any repairs. We always felt they were working for us. Can 100% recommend!!
