From the viewing appointment with Mark and communication by emails with Lydia Heather and Mark for the whole process we can definitely recommend your services to anyone that is looking for professionalism, effectiveness, thorough and accurate communication as well as kind and friendly approach when corresponding with you. The usual experience when dealing with estate agents is not very positive as most of the people in this profession are after numbers and deadlines no matter if it’s renting or selling properties and nothing about care and consideration about needs and requirements. GoogleI want to give a big shout out to the fabulous Brittany, who was my property manager when I was renting with Martin & Co. All of the communication was professional but also personal and friendly. Any issues (very few) or questions I had were answered quickly and I felt listened too as a tenant. Kerry was very friendly and extremely helpful, giving us all the information that we needed during the viewing and also walking us through other queries we may have had.
