She answered every question we had regarding the properties we viewed and was able to advise us on the next steps, and reassure us of the process as first time buyers. The communication with the office, particularly Kieran, has been very quick and efficient, and communication has been friendly and professional at all times. GoogleWe rented with Martin & co. for 2 years and had a really positive experience with them overall but particularly our property manager Brittany. Brittany was a truly fantastic property manager and listened and acted on any questions or issues we had very quickly, throughout our tenancy. She has a lovely demeanour and made us feel welcome and appreciated as tenants. We will genuinely miss having her as our property manager at our new home!

We have just exchanged on the sale of our house in Westbury and purchase of our dream home in Devon. I want to personally thank Kieran at Martin and Co for his determination and support throughout the process and for securing a sale, despite coming to the market at probably the most challenging time in the last decade. It took us a long time to find the right buyer, but Kieran never gave up - even when we had! His communication throughout the process has been fantastic and we’ve always felt he has our best interests at heart. We’re also grateful to Kerri for conducting some excellent viewings and imparting her local knowledge on prospective buyers, which ultimately secured our sale over and above other properties on the market in the area. Thank you both, it is very much appreciated!

GoogleAwful experience with Martin and Co. I was in contact with the branch looking for a property, I viewed one property which I was told I would hear back who the landlord picked. 5 days later I heard nothing so I sent over an email which never got a response. I called up and spoke to a woman on the phone which lied and told me they tried contacting me and also left me a message. It’s a shame I don’t know the lady’s name or I would have named and shamed. She was argumentative on the phone when I told her no one left me a message as this would have been received as they had contacted me many times previous to this which surprisingly got through. I applied for another property, I got a call and a different lady openly admitted I was archived when I explained they should have had all my details as I’ve spoke to them multiple times. Never got another call or email back after this. I would also like to make everyone aware that is a property comes up for Queensway in Warminster, I would advise to stay clear as your life’s will become hell due to the neighbours.

From the start , viewing the property was seamless, no problems, hassle free and prompt. The vetting process was quick, efficient and prompt. Setting up of the tenancy agreement was hassle free aswell as very prompt and accurate the staff at Martin & Co were exceptionally proficient in their roles, timeous and kept us updated through the entire process, which was also seamless and problem free.
