I've been impressed how well the team at Martin & Co in Westbury seem to work together. Although they have their specific roles, there seems to be a pool of general jobs to do and they all seem to pick them up when they need doing - eg booking viewings, calling / e-mailing with feedback etc.We received feedback from all viewings generally the same day or at latest the day after.Kieran was our main contact when it came to negotiations, he's been very pleasant and helpful to deal with and as with all the staff has been accessible to us - if he wasn't there he'd quickly come back to us.Overall I'd say the process has been slick and it's been nice dealing with all the staff at the office, a really good experience so far. I'm confident they'll work well with the solicitors and stay "on the case".Thanks everyone!

Mark answered and although our needs didn't fit the available location, Mark did not instantly dismiss me - he went extra mile to explain (in layman's terms) credit referencing, data protection and informed me on upcoming laws on tenancy. I was unaware of the small print and benefitted through Mark's engagement. He's a credit to Martin&Co. Pleasurable chat earlier. The digital touch doesn't work for many. Mark - a total stranger - gave the human touch. 5 stars.

GoogleMartin and Co were absolutely amazing with helping us find our new home. We had been trying to find a property for well over a year and initially started our search just in Trowbridge, we expanded our search to Westbury and Warminster and with Martin and Co’s help we were able to move into our new property within a month of our first few viewings of properties with them. They were very supportive and understanding of our situation and kept us up to date with the whole letting process and referencing.
Big thanks to Charlotte for her kindness and all the support she provided for us. And to Anna and Brittany for their help and kindness too.
Highly recommend and if we ever find ourselves in a position of needing to move again, Martin and Co would be the first place we go!

GoogleWe had the "pleasure" of buying a property from the worlds worse seller in that he deemed it necessary to threaten to pull out of the sale on every opportunity when the UK's property processes are currently "broken" and grinding along far too slowly.
That said, Martin and Co and specifically Sally and Kim were outstanding! They managed the "nightmare" seller by keeping him updated and providing some solid advice and thoughts throughout which seemed to do the trick and allow us to purchase in 7 months (yes 7) in the end.
Martin and Co are awesome and are now our letting agents on this investment property.......
And the nightmare owners are now a thing of the past.....
I also hope they are reading this review too... so they can reflect on their actions and be better at selling their own house shortly as threatening behaviour doesn't help anyone!
