From the start, the team were fast to respond, acted in a professional yet personal manner, and handled everything efficiently. Our application was processed quickly, paperwork was turned around without delay, and they even offered guidance and help with the documents we needed. GoogleKieran Perks was our sale progressor and we couldn’t fault him at all! Kieran kept us informed as often as he could this involved phone calls and emails. Kieran helped get our exchange over the line and this helped me with a lot with keeping us updated and keeping our stress levels down! Kieran is always really friendly and really helpful, he always has a positive attitude and based on this we would definitely use Martin and Co to sell or purchase a new property. Thanks Kieran!

Facebookfrom the reviews it looks like they're great to buy/sell through. But renting a property managed by them is just a whole lot more hassle than it should be. Any queries or issues we have had, we've had to contact them multiple times before they even pretend to do anything about it. Staff themselves seem friendly enough, just don't have any sense of urgency and just don't seem to want to help you. Based on our experience of renting a property through them I absolutely wouldn't recommend them. EDIT: since putting this review, John and Luke have been involved and things have actually been done. Should never have taken a review to get things going but the work has finally been done and we are finally happy in our house. Becky has been an absolute angel in all of this and I really hope she gets the recognition she deserves! Unfortunately my opinion hasn't changed and my mind was made up from the bad experience, however I believe that it is the right thing to do to edit my review and show that it may have taken a ridiculous amount of time, but things are now being done thanks to the 3 people I have mentioned.
i agree with you about the poor service from this company. i rented a flat that they took over (from Davies & Davies) and they M&Co were a complete nightmare to deal with. i ended up having to take them to the property ombudsman twice - won both times. If you want to be treated right - avoid this company like the plague

GoogleI cannot rate Martin and Co highly enough, they were the agents for both my sale and onward purchase. They were responsive, personable and professional at every interaction, I felt really well taken care of. Every member of the team were a credit to them, but particularly Kieran who expertly managed the negotiation of both sale and purchase.

Martin and Co have been very efficient and everyone that I have spoken with with have been polite and also prompt in dealing with everything required. A special mention does to Louisa, as she liased with me and got the photos and the description sorted and put the property on the market within 2 days. Would highly recommend them. Great team and very good IT too.
