As a prospective first time buyer I knew nothing and they have been extremely helpful in helping me through the stages so far. I now have a mortgage arrangement and am on the verge of putting in my first offer. Everyone has been so friendly from asking questions in branch, viewings with Kerri and Simon sorting out my mortgage process. A great team.

GoogleReally rate Martin & Co the staff are professional , nothing is too much trouble, answered all my correspondence in a timely manner. No issues from viewing to completing rent tenancy definitely recommend using them.

GoogleUnfortunately the agency are very much in favour of the landlords over the tenants. After a 3yr tenancy, I was asked to provide them with money on top of the deposit despite me offering a settlement based on official quotes. When I queried the amount, they demanded more so I had to raise a case with the DPS who awarded me with the money I was expecting. Landlord refused to meet me to discuss, despite several requests. Advice would be to ensure you stand your ground as M&C will always side with landlord. Take lots of pics and ensure any repair/decorating costs quoted check out with what you would expect. Legally the agency should provide you with address of landlord within 21days of requesting, yet M&C refused to provide, illegally, stating the landlord doesn't wish to provide? Having rented on and off for 20yrs and bought and sold properties with numerous agencies in the area, Martin and Co stand out as the worst I have ever had to deal with.

Since purchasing the property, the property has been let out. A notable mention to Francesca H (Property Manager) for her continuously high levels of professionalism, diligence and efficiency. Fantastic service - would highly recommend.

GoogleAs tenants, we have had a positive experience with Martin & Co Westbury. Brittany, our property manager, was responsive to any communication and helped with any issues that arose. Our landlord had quarterly property checks as part of the management but they never felt intrusive. We’d be happy to rent through Martin & Co again.
