GoogleWe’ve had the pleasure of going through Martin and Co to purchase our forever home. The team have been so amazing and helpful throughout the whole process. They’re so patient, efficient and kind. Even when there have been some issues I cannot fault how responsive and helpful they have been. I mostly had contact with Kieran and Sally, and Kim the move manager has been great in checking in with us regularly. I can only comment from a purchasers point of view, but I would recommend their services.

GoogleI have been viewing properties with Martin and Co for a number of months now and they have been great! Kerri has done most of my viewings. She is always friendly, polite and makes you feel comfortable. She recommends properties that may be suitable and goes above and beyond. She has made this process for a first time buyer as smooth as possible. Kim has also been great during conversations and emails. Everyone I have had contact with has been responsive and a pleasure to communicate with! Thank you all, hope to find my first home soon!

GoogleFrom the first contact all the sales staff here have been super helpful, informative, friendly and professional. They understood my requirements and sent me suitable properties. Eventually, finding the perfect one. All throughout the process every staff member has been supportive through phone calls and email. The lettings team have also been brilliant with taking me through the process of letting, putting the property up for let and finding tenants. Would throughly recommend for both sales and lettings.

GoogleMartin and Co have been fantastic from the start. Once me and my partner had seen a property we liked we sent an request for a viewing and was able to book one within days of our request. Have been sent updates throughout our process by email or phone call which was fantastic and now we are in our new place and couldn’t be happier. The property is lovely and any issues or concerns we had they were just an email or phone call away which makes life a lot more easier especially for us as this is our first time renting. Liz and Heather have been our go-to ladies for this property and are both lovely and very friendly.

The house sale that we have just completed has been a very complicated and very drawn out affair over many months. It has also included the potential buyer moving in as tenant during the sale, which was all managed without any issues.The Move Manager (Kim) has continued throughout to provide regular updates and information and has kept the pressure on the solicitors to progress without ever having to be asked to do so.I do not think that many Estate Agents would have managed the sale as well, or with as little stress for ourselves or the buyer under the particular circumstances of this sale.

GoogleWithout a doubt the best estate agents ever. As a tenant they have been amazing throughout and incredible helping me during the end of my tencey. I know other people who have massive problems with their letting agencys but I really cannot fault anything. Super quick on communication and getting back to me with any queries or if I have had to report something.
