As a landlord I have used Martin & Co for a number of years and highly recommend the team to fellow landlords. They are extremely professional yet importantly friendly. They know the area and rental market , offer high quality tenants and above all take all the pressure off me by managing my property as if it was their own. Nothing is too much trouble to sort out or help answer and communication is spot on in terms of the monthly statements issued or as required to deal with any issues arising. It’s 10 out of 10 from me. Mr L of Westbury.

Worst letting agent I've dealt with: house had dirty carpets when we moved in (during covid) and we were told that we could either clean the carpet ourselves or leave it in the same state when we left! They have taken 4 weeks and counting to fix our boiler after having told us there was nothing wrong with it when we reported it, three months to fix a wood burning stove..never follow up, no urgency, always us chasing them for dates that aren't met... Very poor at managing our admittedly awful and cheap landlord

Awful management company, very aggressive and sneaky - wouldn't recommend to anyone. First time renting and it has has been a terrible experience. We were 1 week in arrears ONCE due to a job change and M&Co staff came round banging on the windows and doors, they lied about the landlady wanting to sell and also constantly tried to come round for short notice visits and inspections, never giving us any peace. Constantly harassing us with calls, voicemails and emails.

Viewed a property with Martin and Co. I can not fault Kerri the estate agent, a credit to the company. Kerri answered all my questions, made me feel at ease and didn't pressure me in to putting on offer in. Thank you.

Both Heather and then Anna, who were the landlord’s agents, have been both very professional and helpful during our association with them. Whenever there was an issue in the house, they both swiftly responded to sort it. We haves been so happy in the house, and would totally recommend Martin & Co as management agents. Big thanks to you, and we are sad to leave.
