They have been fantastic throughout pandemic and generally every year , we never had any problems they are very understanding with everything and nothing is too much trouble. For renting martin & co are the best around and we hope to stay with them for years to come. They lettings team are great!! Louise & brad

GoogleJoel at Martin and Co was brilliant throughout our recent house purchase. The first house we found through them fell through after a considerable amount of time and we needed to find an alternative very quickly or risk losing our own buyer. He was very professional, nothing was too much trouble and he found our forever home within a couple of days of our first house falling through. He kept us in the loop at all times and we managed to complete within five weeks of viewing the property. We can't rate him and the team highly enough. GoogleGood communication with the team, staff have been very professional when communicating and speedy when it comes to references. What we did not like however was stating our preferred moving date on the application, being accepted to rent the property and finishing referencing only to be then asked if able to move in earlier otherwise property will be put back in the market.

GoogleIf i could give zero stars to this company I would. They are an absoulte shambles and highly unprofessional in their dealings with previous tenants. They will not want to return your deposit, and hound you with their unprofessional emails. You would be better off dealing directly with the landlord instead of dealing with these cowboys. Avoid at all costs, unless you want stress, aggravation and to never see your money again!
