CJ Hole Westbury on Trym opened in 2014 as a joint venture to the established Henleaze office and together proudly serve the local communities of Henleaze, Westbury-on-Trym, Stoke Bishop, Sneyd Park, Brentry, Henbury, Southmead, Sea Mills and Shirehampton. Our office is prominently positioned in the heart of Westbury on Trym, specialising in both residential sales and lettings, property management as well as new home and land sales, we have a wide range of properties to suit every individual need. Our team are passionate about property and are committed to delivering a high standard of customer service. The key to any successful business is its people and our office is no different. Franchisee owner Chris Hill is Bristol born-and-bred and is a member of both the National Association of Estate Agents (MNAEA) and the Association of Residential Lettings Agents (ARLA). He is passionate about property having 30+ years industry experience and runs a total of eight branches in the area. Both Tim and George are both directors of Henleaze & Westbury-on-Trym and head up a large team split between the two offices. Between them and the rest of the team, they have 75 years' experience within Estate Agency and are both recognisable figures, having both grown up in the local area. The team all knew the property and gave good feedback on the viewings. I have since sold my house and CJ Hole were again incredibly professional and 'on it', keeping me informed at every stage inspite of the demands of working to completion through the Covid lockdown.

My sale had a lot of hiccups along the way and as a result confirming exchange and completion became a major problem. Cleo worked so hard to get the chain to completion and without her pro-active efforts I doubt it would have happened. She was extremely patient but also knew when it was time to be assertive.

GoogleWould recommend buying a property through CJ Hole. Communication by email, phone was very easy organised and thought out. Organising several viewings with builders, architects even before completing was stress free. Great team and loved the fact we only dealt with 1 or 2 people instead of loads of different people which made the whole process quite smooth and less complicated.

Selling and buying a house is one of life's most stressful thing to do, the whole process was made easier and less stressful with CJ hole, their sales progressor was very helpful in updating us and carried a very calm disposition. From start to finish CJ hole were efficient and quick to respond. Highly recommend.
