GoogleMyself and my wife recently purchased a BTL property through Winkworths and although the legal side was very lengthy, Will & Fergus at Winkworths were very proactive and helpful with the whole process. Queries were always responded to very quickly and both were very friendly and approachable. We’ll be asking Winkworths to let the property for us once the refurb is done. Thanks for all your help and patience guys 👍

GoogleI had a viewing in one of their properties. We agreed at a certain time. Agent attends in a visibly bad mood and looking as if he just rolled out from bed. He knocked on the door but none answers, he has no key! So there was no viewing. I had to ask for permission at work, It was wasted time and journey for me. They never got back to me to arrange another viewing or at least apologise. I would avoid Winkworth. Very unprofessional agents.
I am sorry to hear you have had a bad experience when trying to view one of our properties. We pride ourserlves on our customer service and always strive to improve if we receive any negative feedback. Having looked through our appointments, I cannot see when this may have happened. GoogleWould highly recommend Winkworth Estate Agents! Getting a new property can be very stressful. I found that they were so easy to communicate with, the process was very simple, and they put me at ease. I’ve previously used other Estate agents which haven’t been so great, and to have found these guys has just been a breath of fresh air. Their professionalism is second to none! Especially Alex Marle whom is based at the Westbourne branch. He guided me step by step through everything, and kept in close contact to make sure I was happy with everything. Very grateful for him and the team at Winkworth. Absolutely amazing! Thank you for everything.

GoogleRecently rented through Winkworth and cannot recommend their service any higher. I dealt with Alex and Fran, who were both credits to the team. Alex arrange my viewing and was flexible with my difficult work schedule to enable me to view with my partner. He was patient and knowledgeable regarding the property. Fran gave us the keys and handing over the inventory. She was warm, welcoming and gave us confidence to contact her over the weekend if there were any problems during move in. Sure enough, there were a couple of problems on move in and true to her word they were sorted out quickly. Overall a great service and I am confident their management of the property and my tenancy will be super. Thanks again!

GoogleI have rented out my property with Winkworth for a number of years. When the tenants change they are always incredibly quick to advertise and find new people (just this week it took them only 48 hours!) and they make the process very easy for me as a Landlord. Alex, Katy and the team are great at keeping in touch and will always get back to me quickly if anything needs sorting.

GoogleAlex Marle in the lettings team was fantastic from initial call and viewing through to handing me the keys of my flat. Alex is a complete professional. He went above and beyond what I’ve found with other agents - texting me with updates, helping me to navigate the process and even very kindly carrying a large parcel when we did the inventory. I wouldn’t normally leave a review, but recognition is due here!

GoogleUnprofessional and incapable of matching tenants to appropriate property and failing to manage unacceptable noise levels. I have not slept in days due to their tenant. For the avoidance of all doubt I have not asked for the tenant to be evicted and my genuine complaints which have led to sleep deprivation have not been professionally dealt with or resolved. Winkworths clearly do not even understand the tenants flat is above mine!
Further to your review, as has been explained to you on a number of occasions, it is not that we are incapable of matching tenants to appropriate properties. We cannot and would not discriminate against a tenant who has a child! This would not be legal nor morally right. Furthermore, we cannot evict somebody because they have a child as you have requested. Nobody else in the building have complained and we have acted on every occasion you have raised an issue, despite having no evidence of any excessive noise as we have requested from you.
