I dealt with this estate agent a while back when we were looking for our new family home and they were excellent! They weren't pushy at all and really took on board everything we were looking for when we sat down with them. We dealt with a really friendly chap called William Brown and he managed to find us a home that ticked all the boxes and within our budget too (just) from start to finish he was easy to contact and really communicated with us which made the whole process a lot less stressful than I have experienced in the past. Would highly recommend Winkworth's in Westbourne. I've rented many properties, but these guys have been by far the best at finding me a flat and in a very busy time. Will Brown was knowledgeable on the area , helpful and friendly. He answered any questions swiftly (including parking recommendations) and kept me in the loop with what was going on. I felt like Will went above and beyond his role to help out. Alex was also brilliant when I lost the keys over the weekend and couldn't have been more helpful, despite the flat being managed by the landlord. I have mostly owned my own home, but in the UK I have rented over the years and had my fair-share of agents! I can list straight out the terrible experiences I have had, but Winkworth is not one of them.
