GoogleFrom the get- go that mid/summer weekend, back in late July, when George Clark at Winkworths so smoothly helped both negotiate successful an acceptable offer and was then able to immediately give us further time and attention to draw up a Memorandum of Sale on Day 1! George was terrific throughout, consistently and reliably demonstrating both the ability and commitment to stay with both us and our vendors, very attentively throughout the entire process. The most impressive moments for us were when we were able to observe how deftly and sensitively George dealt with the elderly and understandably very anxious couple we were buying from, then so desperate to move back home to the Midlands and having already been let down by a previous buyer. At the time, both of us thought this was truly exceptional for one so relatively young. And leads us to suggest that, however testing a situation you yourselves might be in, regarding your own property purchase, you are in sure and very capable hands with George Clark at Winkworths, Westbourne, who was such a pleasure to deal with and always did his very best to be on hand for you, whenever you needed him. Not least seeing us safely through, once our offer had been accepted, to exchange and contractually agreeing a completion date on our purchase in only eight weeks! GoogleGreat experience in dealing with the Winkworth team. My partner and I have mainly been in communication with Will but also brief interactions with Katy once we secured the property we wanted to rent. Will was very friendly and professional and secured us the property that we wanted. His communication was fast and always answered any questions we had. Katy has been very helpful and quick to respond with all of the tenancy agreements so we moved in on the time schedule that was initially proposed to us. I would definitely use Winkworth again.

GoogleI've had a great experience with Winkworth, Will was an amazing help, very diligent during the viewing and following rent agreement process, I was going through a bit of a rough time in my personal life and he made sure I felt supported throughout. Even though he was on holiday he would still talk to the landlord and keep me updated on the process, now that's commitment!!. The whole process was very fast, efficient and smooth, Idynever had such an experience before. Once the rent was agreed I started working with Katie, she has also been very diligent helping me with all the things needed when you move into a new place, huge help when you need to sort out new bills and council tax. Highly recommended!! You're in great hands. Thank you for all your help Will and Katie!!

GoogleBuying any property is a roller coaster of a ride. Winkworth Westbourne made the process less painful in our purchase of the flat. They helped support the communication with the seller. Things often break down when the seller's solicitor and the buyer's solicitor are going at a very slow speed and not communicating with each other. Winkworth directly contacted the seller for our questions and then explained the current situation of the purchase to us as buyers. A good efficient team. Even if the purchase of the property had fallen through, I would still use their services. If we ever sell our flat we will give them a call.

Alex nailed every aspect that is important to the customer, an experience that in a busy market is a rare find. key areas Alex helped in: A) The right property - By far the best property we have seen come up in 7 months and Alex demonstrated an intricate knowledge of both the area and the property itself. B) Transparent communication. From the out set of our first call Alex was clear about the market, process and guided us through each step. He was also on hand to discuss some simple practicalities when required. 10000% would recommend. Our wider experience of the Agents within the Winkworth group has been exceptional too which is reassuring and we will definitely be using again

GoogleWe have been letting through Winkworth Westbourne for just over a year now. From the very start communication has been easy and welcoming if that’s either by phone or email. Alex is on the ball and when emailed no matter what time always gets back to me promptly… even when his emails say he’s away on holiday. Alex chases if any issues arise and keeps us in constant updates from the landlord with what will/is going to happen. Katy and Alex at this branch are lovely in person and over the phone.
