As first time buyers we didnt have any experience of buying a house but winkworth made the whole process very simple, george Clark in particular was super helpful, let us go back to the property and view it whilst we waited for the exchange, explained parts of the process I found confusing and helped chase solicitors if things were getting slow. Nothing was a problem for him and he made the whole process alot less stressful Would certainly recommend winkworths Estate agents, knowledgeable, trustworthy and just super helpful Thanks george!

Winkworth Westbourne was the only agency that was dedicated to my flat search. Christina only needed to show me 2 properties and the second had only come on the market within the last hour. It was ground floor so I said “lead on”! The property was amazing and as soon as I said “I’ll have it” Christina was like a tenacious bulldog in securing it for me! Regular updates, awesome negotiator and such a pleasant demeanour, she made sure that I got the property. And whilst I was having issues with references from my current Landlord and agent, with one fail swoop from Christina it was done! Katy and the rest of the Westbourne Team have been great at helping me cross the t’s and dotting the i’s to get me into a very happy place. . . I would personally recommend them to anyone moving into the area. . . . Thank you!!

Having recently rented my house out, I wanted to say what a really stress free and highly professional experience it has been dealing with all the team at Winkworth Westbourne From the original valuation by Fergus, to then the dealings with Alex for the rest of the process day to day, I have been highly impressed with the way it has been handled. Overall, I've had a good experience moving with Winkworth. They are responsive and have answered any questions I've had. The moving in process was easy. Though some information on the Rightmove listings could be clearer so make sure to check with an agent when viewing a property, this could just be a Rightmove issue. I can't yet comment any further than the moving in process in terms of deposit, property viewings etc.

Letting our property through WinkWorths was one of our best decisions. Katy and the team have always been ready to help whenever an issue arose with the Tenant. At the end of the tenancy Katy put in a lot of hard work to secure compensation from the tenants deposit when the house was not left in quite the condition it should have been. With the statement that the property could be sold in such a short time and at his valuation I naturally committed to using Winkworth. There were no offers on the property in over a month.

Amazing service from Alex at Westbourne lettings. Would like to say a ‘Special Big Thank You’ to Alex at Winkworth Lettings for the way he dealt with getting the flat ready to secure a new tenant. The Flat required a lot of maintenance work after the last tenant vacated and was in a very poor state! There was rather a large list of maintenance jobs that needed doing up to, and over, the Christmas period to get it up to scratch and this must have been a daunting task for Alex - I am absolutely amazed and delighted at how Alex approached this and coordinated everything in breakneck speed, and had informed me every step of the way as to how things were going. His attention to detail was quite remarkable and this has taken a lot of the stress away from me, as I do not have a lot of time and do not live close by, so can’t praise him enough; He is a credit to Winkworth! The lettings department have an excellent team and track record as both Katy and Mel have helped me in the past, so would thoroughly recommend this agency! Even more good news from Laura as I have since secured a new tenant again with Winkworth and very pleased.
