GoogleA big shout out to the main man that dealt with our tenancy that is Alex. He always pushed to help us with any issues we had in a kind and professional manner. Sadly I am not with winkworth anymore but pushing to get another tenancy with a different agent, which Alex was more than helpful with that in providing me with a reference. Would recommend these guys for sure.

GoogleExcellent experience with Winkworth Westbourne for the recent sale of a retirement flat. They were thorough and professional throughout the process, always returned my calls and kept me up to date. They kept a very slow and protracted process moving and stepped in to resolve problems when it looked like everything was grinding to a halt. Everyone was great, but Will especially, was outstanding. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

GoogleFerg and Rob have been amazing through the entire sale process. At first I put my flat on the market with another agent, the flat was marketed for four months with very little interest. I then went on with Winkworths and within a few days had viewings straight away and an offer on the table. Ferg and Rob have them chased the buyer and buyers solicitors on numerous occasions to ensure the sale went through promptly. GoogleHave had a very good experience dealing with Winkworth. Was a tenant with them for 11 months and were always helpful and easy to contact. They were very helpful when a change o circumstances meant we had to move and leave our tenancy early and did everything they could to help. Very prompt in providing a reference for new tenancy too. GoogleWe have had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Winkworth Westbourne Estate & Letting Agents recently. We were living in a flat which we desperately wanted to move out of. We contacted Winkworth and they arranged a couple of viewings for us immediately. Shortly after this, our offer was accepted on one of the flats and we were able to move in soon after. As overseas buyers, the process was more complex, but Ben was brilliant, working closely with both parties to push the process along and overcome the hurdles, and nothing was too much trouble.
