Katy and Alex in particular have communicated very well throughout the process of letting my property, provided a very professional listing and were able to attract a strong group of prospective tenants. Since the property has been let, the ongoing service provided has been professional and the team have been very responsive to any queries I've had. GoogleWinkworth's have been renting and managing 2 properties for me over the last 6 years. Recently after a sale fell through I needed a tenant in the property asap. This was no problem to Alex and a new tenant was found very quickly. Alex and Katy have always been extremely helpful and have responded quickly to any requests, either from myself or the tenants. GoogleI can only join to the other positive reviewers here, Winkworth Westboure are an excellent agency ! Any issues, they're sorting it out in a couple of days max. We've heard horror stories about incompetent rental agencies, but these people here are absolutely professional. Thank you for everything !

GoogleI've personally experienced help over the past few years from various members of the team at the Westbourne branch. Everyone there is very professional and thorough, which makes the whole experience less stressful and much easier. The office operates more like a family run business, friendly and attentive, understanding, with attention to detail, and nothing is ever to much trouble, even for particular customers. Would highly recommend, and I will definitely be using them again in the future if I ever have the need.

Clear communication and fast responses contributed to the experience. They are both very kind, friendly and helpful. We didn't experience any stress when moving in/out.
