The Manager and staff were particularly helpful to my sister in law who had never sold a property in her life she is over 65 and not used to paperwork. They managed all the viewings and then gave her expert advice on which was the best purchaser to accept an offer from. Through the whole process, they gave her support and confidence to make decisions and ensure all the forms and documents were completed. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

GoogleMy brothers and I had to get the property ready for rental and actually rented as quickly as possible whilst we were all at least 90 minutes remote from the property. We entrusted J&S to handle the task from initial recommendations as to extent of work required, through obtaining quotations to overseeing house clearance, redecoration, new floor coverings, supply and fit of new oven, garden tidying. They did all of this within projected timescale and then rented out within days of project completion. We were kept fully appraised of progress and would not hesitate in recommending Jacobs and Steel in view of the professional service provided.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleJacobs steel Lettings have been great, we’re first time renters so didn’t really have a clue, they have been happy to answer any questions we have had and have been very quick with responding. All of the staff are really nice and willing to help whether over the phone or through email. They are partnered with another company which helped us set up our utilities and everything which made the whole experience that much easier. We had an issue with our heating and they sent someone out to us the same day and it was all sorted very quickly. Can’t recommend them highly enough!
