The Jacobs Steel team marketed and sold my property during a difficult period in a most competent and professional manner. Matt and Luke who were my main contacts were always friendly and helpful and went the extra mile to ensure everything went smoothly. I have no hesitation in recommending Jacobs Steel to other vendors.

Excellent service from Jacobs Steel. Luke supported us throughout the process and went above and beyond. Every email was answered rapidly meaning we were always kept up to date with our purchase. If they provide this good level of service to buyers I can only imagine the support to vendors goes even further.

Brilliant job by William Payne, he really went the extra mile for us especially as everything needed to be done before Christmas for a very fast turnaround. Personable, professional and efficient. We could not be happier with the service provided by Will and his colleagues at Jacobs Steel. Thanks a lot Will

Excellent service, good communication and support while we refurbished our flat, followed by a fast and efficient tenant find and set up once we were ready. I was influenced into using this branch by their 5* reviews and was not disappointed. The whole team seem well connected and are very professional, I don't normally give reviews, but Ollie and his crew have earned this highly positive feedback. I won't hesitate to use them again next time.

The team (Sophie!) at Jacobs Steel were really friendly, professional, and responsive which made finding a new rental home under very time pressured circumstances really easy and straight forward. We'd had a nightmare with another letting agency and landlord, and Jacobs Steel really helped us out of a bind. Communication was clear and concise, and the referencing process was very quick and easy. Whether you're renting or buying, I'd definitely recommend Jacobs Steel again.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

We used the services of Jacobs Steel to let our Flat in the local area. We selected them after meeting Ollie Whiting who impressed us with his very professional manner and we were not disappointed. We had several viewings undertaken by Sophie Waller in the first few weeks and two people who wished to rent the flat shortly after. The difficulty was whom we let to but discussions with Ollie & Sophie after in depth checking, totally disproved the theory that Agents just want to secure a tenant for their fees. We would recommend them as a Letting Agent that not only secures a tenant but ensures they are suitable before proceeding. A first class service and at very reasonable fees.

I'd definitely recommend using Jacobs Steel to help let your property. There's a large enough team for there always to be someone available to help, even though they have individual responsibilities. I found them to be professional, helpful and clearly good at their jobs. My flat was expertly marketed, let within days and the whole process ran to the timescale we agreed at our first meeting. I'm hoping the tenancy runs as smoothly!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

We decided to use Jacobs Steel as they had handled our previous house move, 8 years ago. This time it was also peace of mind to know that we had experienced professionals overseeing the whole process from initial pictures, through viewings, surveys, and price negotiations. Had we opted for a 'sell-it-yourself' website, we would have been vulnerable to pressure from would-be buyers tricks and ploys so the agents' fee was money well spent. The whole team at Jacobs Steel were helpful and we would recommend them.

Used for sale and purchase of property

Used for sale and purchase of property. Amazing throughout both and regular communication. Always easy to get hold of. Rare to find estate agents that are not too pushy in regards to my sale and they acted with real professionalism throughout. The team are all lovely and incredibly helpful. Locally, I would say they are easily the best estate agents.
