I have recently moved into a flat let by Jacob Steele. So far my experience has been nothing but positive. As a single mum with two children and coming from an owned property, I was apprehensive about where I’d be able to let. Will at Jacob Steele was very responsive and helpful, right from the start of showing me round the flat. So far communication has been great. The online system to get me booked on before I moved was easy to navigate through. Since then, Will has been really prompt and helpful when I’ve emailed to ask questions, a great service so far. We had a property on the market subject to probate, it was so long and protracted ,the team were absolutely fantastic with us ,they helped to push probate ,were with us all the way, every problem we had they helped to sort out for us ,phone calls to enquirer how we were getting on ,letting us know when they heard from our fantastic solicitor James fletcher,they did all this on our behalf because we live in Spain so couldn’t just pop in with questions or problems ,truly wonderful agents would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone looking for a professional competent company to sell property, thank you Richard, Dom and the team for everything.

The easiest, least stressful process I’ve ever had with any letting agents! Orchard was extremely lovely at the viewing and throughout the whole process of applying and referencing. The online process to complete all the paperwork was extremely easy and accessible, and I only had to visit the office to pick up my keys. Both Orchard and Will were extremely helpful over email/phone, and it’s given me great confidence in this letting agents that I will be looked after during my tenancy. The flat itself is in absolutely great condition, which is miles ahead of any other property I’ve rented/viewed in Brighton. Thank you for making this process so easy and taking away one less stress of moving!

The property sales industry is one that can often rely on outdated sales techniques and clunky patter but Jacob Steele really could not be more different to this. They understand the market and offer a customised service per client. I dealt with the same agent throughout and Amelia is warm, personable, charming and funny - the perfect person you would want selling your home. Her communication with me has also been spot on, dealing with a tricky issue with professionalism and grace. Libby is knowledgeable, assertive, organized, polite, a great listener, very responsive, reliable and definitely the best negotiator I have ever seen! Would like to take the time to thank the team at Jacobs Steel Chapel Road for all of their hard work in the sale of our property. Special mention to Luke. He has been brilliant and went above and beyond to ensure my husband and I were looked after, kept up to date and were well advised throughout the whole process. Estate agents get a bad reputation but Luke really dispelled any prior reservations we had with dealing in this business. His honesty, and down to earth personality made him a pleasure to deal with and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell their house in the local area. Not that I want to repeat the process again any time soon... but if we did, Luke would be the first person we'd contact.
