My Estate Agent was absolutely brilliant, he instilled confidence from the moment I saw the house. In my opinion he went above and beyond and nothing was too much trouble for him. This is my first move out of the family home. Moving 200+ miles can be quite daunting but the team at Jacobs Steel were great especially Will. I have to say I have had a lot of dealings with Estate agents in Brighton and the experience has not been anything near Jacobs Steel. My sale was difficult in everyway and the way Richard and the team handled it was nothing other than 5 star. My parents passed away, so we were selling their property. Greg dealt with what was a very emotional process superbly. He was very empathetic and personable when we initially met and that's what made us choose Jacob Steel. Throughout he always had time to talk through things and didn't hurry or rush us to make decisions. The way he handled the sale was great and he went the extra mile. The house sold quickly and negotiations between the buyer and us were seamless. Rachel the Sales Progressor was very efficient and made the sale go through really easy without any trouble.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jacobs Steel, I bought my flat through them then used their rental service whilst I traveled and they looked after everything from vetting tenants to managing maintenance. I have just used them to sell my property and there marketing was brilliant and I was particularly impressed how their Agent Matt kept the sale moving through to completion liaising with both parties solicitors on and almost daily basis and keeping me informed every step of the way. 10 out of 10! Wish they has a branch in Eastbourne now!
