Not professional

Not professional. They put my property up as sold the first day some customer made an offer.took it off the market for more than 2 months in the spring .the best time to sell a house l when on the inter net and found out they were not in a position to buy my house .hence l have had a bill from my solicitor.l have been in touch with fine & country who were selling my buyers property .and the have put in writing this property has never been sold .contrary to jacobsteel who said they are telling lies . The stress has been terrible . I do not recommend Jacob steel

I have recently let my cottage in Ferring through JS and have been seriously impressed with their professionalism and responsiveness. I replaced another local agent who had underperformed with them and the difference was incredible. James and Natalie are both stand out and I have every confidence I’ll continue to be impressed as I have appointed them on full management service too! Thank you both, job very well done! 👍🏻

My second time using Jacobs Steel and I absolutely do not regret my decision. From the moment Luke entered my house for the valuation, regardless of still having another two valuations booked, I knew I was going to choose Jacobs Steel to sell my house. Their approach is customer service led as opposed to sales led which is so refreshing and clearly what sets them apart from their competitors. No pushy sales approach whatsoever. They marketed my house beautifully. Viewings were booked and I received 2 offers within 3 days of it going out to their registered clients. I accepted the 2nd offer before it was even listed on Rightmove. From the point of accepting the offer to completion, the relationship continued and was kept updated at all key points. Luke and Jack were an absolute pleasure to work with and I’m Super grateful for such a smooth transaction. Thanks for finding the perfect buyers to enjoy and love my home as much as I did.

Jack and Luke, at Jacob Steele Worthing, were attentive and informative during the buying process. The congratulations we received, on the day we picked up the keys to our new home, was the icing on the cake. We are very happy, thank you Jack and Luke.

I've worked with Sophie and the property maintenance team at Jacobs Steel on several projects over the past year, and I can confidently say they are one of the most organised and responsive teams I've dealt with in the industry. …

Jacobs Steel helped me rent this nice studio in Worthing. All the members of staff are very professional and always ready to help us. Mr. William Payne is very kind and friendly, who has been always there to help me regarding all the formalities needed to be done before moving as well as with all the queries I had. Everything was straight forward and within few days after viewings I was able to secure this place close to my work. I would recommend Jacobs Steel to everyone. Thank you Jacobs Steel.

An excellent experience with Jacobs Steele. Will Payne is who I conversed with mostly and he was extremely professional and helpful in the process of my move. Very speedy responses and always happy to answer any questions which I definitely had a fair few. Also impressive as this was around the Christmas period that things got sorted as quickly as they did. All in all I would recommend Jacobs Steele! Many thanks :))

Jacobs Steel Shoreham - 5 stars

I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received from the team at Jacobs Steel in Shoreham. I interviewed 3 prominent agents local to Southwick and I immediately felt comfortable with Jacobs Steel. Jake was friendly, professional and very well prepared for our appointment. He gave me time to think, without putting me under any pressure whatsoever. I received an offer above the asking price within days of listing the property with them..Having a sales progressor was a new experience that I highly recommend. Richard kept in touch with me, my solicitor and the other agents in the chain to make sure everything ran as smoothly as possible. It was the easiest property selling experience I have ever had. Thank you Jacobs Steel!

Jacob Steele were always professional, helpful and understanding when dealing with the sale of our flat. We had a couple of buyers drop out but they worked hard to find more buyers and we had over 50 viewings in total. Libby and Greg in particular were fantastic and always easy to get hold of when we had questions.

I rarely write a review but have made the effort on this occasion. Selling the office property after 36 years was a big step for us and Matt Jacob’s professional assistance and charming manner made for a very smooth transaction to include marketing, finding the buyer, negotiating between buyer and seller and the odd bit of reassurance along the way in these comparatively difficult times. I have no hesitation to recommend Jacob Steel.

I have used a number of estate agents over the years but the service I have received from Jacobs Steel has been far superior than any one else A particular thanks must go to Melissa Daddow who has been my main POC @ JS. Melissa has been very professional and helpful from the very first telephone call thru viewing to the final purchase. She is a credit to her profession and to Jacobs Steel

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can't praise the entire team at Jacob’s Steel enough! They were fantastic throughout the process of selling our house, with Rachel shining particularly brightly in the after-sales support. Her proactive approach and exceptional communication made all the difference. Without their collective efforts, the entire chain could have fallen apart. Rachel professionalism in negotiating with solicitors and managing complicated buyers truly sets Jacob’s Steel apart in Worthing. Having such a dedicated team gives them a competitive edge that’s hard to beat. Highly recommend!

Mel and the team have done a sterling job navigating through what at first should have been a straightforward sale but due to circumstances beyond their control, later became a more complex and time consuming exercise. Their patience & diligence paid off and I am happy to say the sale has now gone through. Many thanks to all the team and I will definitely be using their services again.

Thank you for doing a first class job

I would like to say a huge thank you to Lianne from the letting side of Jacobs Steel in Worthing. She has been amazing at a very difficult time and has been an absolute credit to your team. She never once gave up on the issue I had and quietly sorted out the problem and came up with a solution for both parties. As a business owner myself, I wish all my team had the same work ethics as Lianne and I can’t thank her enough.
