GoogleJust rented our new flat with Jacobs Steel and I can't fault them. Will was really genuine and honest on the first viewing, and the rest of the team were fantastic when Will wasn't available. No question was too much and greatly appreciate the speed of the responses too. Much better than a previous estate agent experience!

GoogleThank you to the entire Jacobs Steel team for making the home selling and buying process as smooth as it could be. The whole team were fantastic - professional and personable, starting with Luke who helped us find the property we ended up buying and helping us start the sale of our existing property; Jack, Ameila, Sam and Salina who assisted with the sale of our house. Particular thanks to Rachel who coordinated everything through the chain once figures had been agreed, thank you to Joe to for your help in getting over the line too. Highly recommended, professional, reassuring and service with a smile. 10/10!

GoogleCouldn’t thank the Jacob steel team in Worthing anymore. Regular viewings booked on our flat which then lead to 4 offers to choose from. The sale process was a smooth process due to Richard the sales progressor going above and beyond to make sure the sale was as stress free as possible. We absolutely couldn’t thank him anymore for his work. Thank you all again (and an extra big thank you to Richard)

GoogleWould like to take the time to thank the team at Jacobs Steel Chapel Road for all of their hard work in the sale of our property. Special mention to Luke. He has been brilliant and went above and beyond to ensure my husband and I were looked after, kept up to date and were well advised throughout the whole process. Estate agents get a bad reputation but Luke really dispelled any prior reservations we had with dealing in this business. His honesty, and down to earth personality made him a pleasure to deal with and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell their house in the local area. Not that I want to repeat the process again any time soon... but if we did, Luke would be the first person we'd contact.

GoogleFrom the very first home visit valuation we felt relaxed and confident that this estate agents would be a positive experience. We met several people all with their specialist areas of expertise. Mel was very friendly and made our house look amazing with her photos. Matt, Luke, Lois and Perry were always in touch providing us with updates on our sale. The open house was a great idea and we received offers as a result of it. JS were so reassuring and supportive throughout the sale and we really did appreciate how up to date they kept us.They were always happy to talk about the selling process and provide us with relevant information. Any issue I've had they've jumped on straight away and have always been super helpful and friendly. Best letting agents I've ever used and the only letting agent I'd ever want to use again in future.

GoogleI have never worked with Jacob’s steel prior to renting my new property however, the communication has been great, they have been timely and supportive throughout! I couldn’t have asked for a better estate agent. I had a really bad experience in the past with estate agents and Jacob steel have turned that around for me. I already had a slight maintenance issue that was fixed within half an hour after reporting it. What an excellent team I would 100% recommend.

THINK MAYBE RIP OFF MERCHANTS I was trying to establish rental agreement information., for a couple of properties. Staff were rude, ignorant and as unhelpful as they could be, whilst staying within the boundary of the law. I would like this to be taken as Formal Notice that a complaint will follow regarding potential fraud and Data protection violations.

Not professional. They put my property up as sold the first day some customer made an offer.took it off the market for more than 2 months in the spring .the best time to sell a house l when on the inter net and found out they were not in a position to buy my house .hence l have had a bill from my solicitor.l have been in touch with fine & country who were selling my buyers property .and the have put in writing this property has never been sold .contrary to jacobsteel who said they are telling lies . The stress has been terrible . I do not recommend Jacob steel

GoogleMy second time using Jacobs Steel and I absolutely do not regret my decision. From the moment Luke entered my house for the valuation, regardless of still having another two valuations booked, I knew I was going to choose Jacobs Steel to sell my house. Their approach is customer service led as opposed to sales led which is so refreshing and clearly what sets them apart from their competitors. No pushy sales approach whatsoever. They marketed my house beautifully. Viewings were booked and I received 2 offers within 3 days of it going out to their registered clients. I accepted the 2nd offer before it was even listed on Rightmove. From the point of accepting the offer to completion, the relationship continued and was kept updated at all key points. Luke and Jack were an absolute pleasure to work with and I’m Super grateful for such a smooth transaction. Thanks for finding the perfect buyers to enjoy and love my home as much as I did.

Mr. William Payne is very kind and friendly, who has been always there to help me regarding all the formalities needed to be done before moving as well as with all the queries I had.
