The easiest, least stressful process I’ve ever had with any letting agents! Orchard was extremely lovely at the viewing and throughout the whole process of applying and referencing. The online process to complete all the paperwork was extremely easy and accessible, and I only had to visit the office to pick up my keys. Both Orchard and Will were extremely helpful over email/phone, and it’s given me great confidence in this letting agents that I will be looked after during my tenancy. The flat itself is in absolutely great condition, which is miles ahead of any other property I’ve rented/viewed in Brighton. Thank you for making this process so easy and taking away one less stress of moving!

Jack was incredibly helpful and patient with me during the process. I was in a very overwhelmed state trying to move country and got quite emotional and panicky at times and he was calm (but firm!). I had buyers within 3 weeks and completed in approx 10 weeks. A pretty slick process even with a couple of hiccups. Def recommend Jacob’s Steel and by the amount of boards across Worthing and in my road alone, I imagine others would say the same. Thanks to Jack, Amelia and Luke x

Best Estate Agency service- Worthing Chapel Road branch of Jacob…

Using Chapel Road branch of Jacob Steele estate agency to move from retirement apartment to ordinary flat. Matt West was the main agent helping me from purchase through to sale. He was always friendly, diligent and helpful. Once I found the right place Matt could be relied Upton to chase things up with others in the ‘chain’ and regularly gave me updates either by; email or by phone. I was never left wondering about progress. Completion did prove longer than hoped due to inefficiency of estate agents at end of chain in Surrey NOT doing everything that Matt did. He regularly went out his way (and not part of his remit) to ring and chase them & even guide them as to what questions they should be asking of financing organisations at the end of the chain! Matt West and all the staff at Chapel Road Worthing branch of Jacob Steele were helpful, efficient and always communicated back to me on any situation. Would thoroughly recommend the if you want to buy or sell a property.

The service offered by Jacob Steele has been brilliant. Their marketing skills, communication and attention to detail is second to none. The property sales industry is one that can often rely on outdated sales techniques and clunky patter but Jacob Steele really could not be more different to this. They understand the market and offer a customised service per client. I dealt with the same agent throughout and Amelia is warm, personable, charming and funny - the perfect person you would want selling your home. Her communication with me has also been spot on, dealing with a tricky issue with professionalism and grace. He has been brilliant and went above and beyond to ensure my husband and I were looked after, kept up to date and were well advised throughout the whole process. Estate agents get a bad reputation but Luke really dispelled any prior reservations we had with dealing in this business. From the very first home visit valuation we felt relaxed and confident that this estate agents would be a positive experience. We met several people all with their specialist areas of expertise.
