We moved to the area with almost no knowledge of the market, the neighbourhoods, or the schools. Holly guided us through every bit of it. She answered every question with patience and warmth, even the ones we asked more than once. We were navigating all of this from overseas, which added its own layer of complexity. Holly worked around the time difference and shifted meetings so we never felt like an inconvenience. It's rare to find someone this easy to work with. Have been a tenant with JS for over a year now and they've single handedly restored my faith in letting agents! Not only have they been polite, professional, and efficient, but very helpful not just with direct issues but with recommendations for reliable services in the area. It's very clear that they not only care about the properties they manage and ensure they're well maintained, but are genuinely lovely and helpful to us tenants too. Can't praise Charlie Haines and his team (Jasmin and Angel) enough. From the beginning Charlie listened well to my requirements for a new home. Soon had an offer accepted. Charlie is highly professional, courteous and an excellent communicator He is proactive making timely interventions and has constant liaison between buyer, sellers and their solicitors to ensure conveyance runs as smooth as possible. Arranged a viewing in advance

Arranged a viewing in advance, I made it clear that I am not local and would need to travel around 4 hours to the location. They let me know whilst travelling on the day of the viewing that the sellers were apparently not available, and asked if I could come back the following day with little regard to the fact I’d already invested in travel only to have my time wasted. The communication and lack of care towards a potential buyer is an indication of the level of service on offer here. I’m glad they don’t represent me.

I have recently moved into a flat let by Jacob Steele. So far my experience has been nothing but positive. As a single mum with two children and coming from an owned property, I was apprehensive about where I’d be able to let.
