GoogleAn excellent experience with Jacobs Steele. Will Payne is who I conversed with mostly and he was extremely professional and helpful in the process of my move. Very speedy responses and always happy to answer any questions which I definitely had a fair few. Also impressive as this was around the Christmas period that things got sorted as quickly as they did. All in all I would recommend Jacobs Steele! Many thanks :))

I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received from the team at Jacobs Steel in Shoreham. I interviewed 3 prominent agents local to Southwick and I immediately felt comfortable with Jacobs Steel. Jake was friendly, professional and very well prepared for our appointment. He gave me time to think, without putting me under any pressure whatsoever. I received an offer above the asking price within days of listing the property with them..Having a sales progressor was a new experience that I highly recommend. Richard kept in touch with me, my solicitor and the other agents in the chain to make sure everything ran as smoothly as possible. It was the easiest property selling experience I have ever had. GoogleJacob Steele were always professional, helpful and understanding when dealing with the sale of our flat. We had a couple of buyers drop out but they worked hard to find more buyers and we had over 50 viewings in total. Libby and Greg in particular were fantastic and always easy to get hold of when we had questions.

GoogleI rarely write a review but have made the effort on this occasion. Selling the office property after 36 years was a big step for us and Matt Jacob’s professional assistance and charming manner made for a very smooth transaction to include marketing, finding the buyer, negotiating between buyer and seller and the odd bit of reassurance along the way in these comparatively difficult times. I have no hesitation to recommend Jacob Steel.

Google⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can't praise the entire team at Jacob’s Steel enough! They were fantastic throughout the process of selling our house, with Rachel shining particularly brightly in the after-sales support. Her proactive approach and exceptional communication made all the difference. Without their collective efforts, the entire chain could have fallen apart. Rachel professionalism in negotiating with solicitors and managing complicated buyers truly sets Jacob’s Steel apart in Worthing. Natalie is very personable and friendly, she listened to exactly what service I wanted and made the effort of finding a suitable tenant very easy and smooth sailing. My sale was difficult in everyway and the way Richard and the team handled it was nothing other than 5 star.
