GoogleFirst time using Jacobs Steel Lettings in finding the perfect place to live, which ticked all of my boxes! My experience from start to finish was stress free and despite giving them a very short timescale for moving, Sophie and Ollie were extremely professional, knowledgeable and basically made everything happen in a very short space of time. I can't thank them enough for all their help and would definitely recommend the team and use them again in the future. Huge thank you.

GoogleI have just rented a lovely seafront property through Jacobs Steel and all very seamless. I had been let down on a previous property last minute. Natalie was excellent, managing a viewing on the same day & all checks completed and moved in within 10 days. Would highly recommend and nothing too much trouble.

GoogleLetting out our flat couldn't have been any easier, smoother or quicker ... everyone we dealt with at Jacobs Steel was so friendly & professional, on the ball with great communication at every step of the way ... our flat was literally online & let within a couple of days and our tenant is great! This is not the first time we've used Jacobs Steel and we will use again in the future for sure - highly recommend!

From the very first property viewing to the last phone call confirming we had completed, Ross was entirely professional and focused on getting us there and always made us feel we were his priority. The purchase took much longer than we'd anticipated - no fault on Jacob Steel's part - but Ross continued to keep in touch and to return our calls and respond to our questions promptly and with patience. I put an offer in on a house and jacob steel never got back to me. I had to chase and got a rude email back from Matt the area manager saying i had won the property but was beratting me about it. Turns out he thought I was another customer and sending me her private details too. When I addressed his rudeness and breach of GDPR shrugged it off like it happens every day and it's no big problem. I wrote an email of complaint and guess who wrote back and closed the complaint. The area manager Matt. They have then tried booking to see my other flats I'm selling through another agency without my permission and even called my estate agents to try and get keys. I was so taken aback by the sheer audacity of jacob steel iv had to reach out to leave this review. They have no idea what they are doing and have no organisation skills. I wouldn't trust them to sell lemonade on a stand let alone a property. Very un trustworthy very un professional

worst agent I have ever had to deal with trying to buy a property. Lies upon lies from them throughout, then I got the inevitable. They vendor has sold to someone else, only to find it still for sale. while under offer, they were still trying to sell it, nothing on their website saying under offer, when I questioned them, the response was 'we on put under offer when it has been agreed', shouldn't it say sold at that point?

GoogleAfter just one week in our new property- disaster hit with an electric issue and I was working in London trying to sort it and felt totally helpless and then TAADAA!! The Wonder Team in Property Management came through for us and were such a massive support! They totally stepped beyond their role and went to check on my partner to make sure she had the support in a ‘Dark’ time. Thank you!
