GoogleI have just rented a lovely seafront property through Jacobs Steel and all very seamless. I had been let down on a previous property last minute. Natalie was excellent, managing a viewing on the same day & all checks completed and moved in within 10 days. Would highly recommend and nothing too much trouble.

GoogleI sold through Jacob Steele in Shoreham and purchased through them in Worthing. Always very professional and responsive to emails. Just wanted to say a huge thankyou to Rachel who progressed my purchase and kept the solicitors on track. It should have been an easy purchase but the vendors solicitors were very slow and unresponsive. Rachel chased and chased to get the sale over the line so I could achieve my target date before stamp duty ended. Thankyou very much!

GoogleLetting out our flat couldn't have been any easier, smoother or quicker ... everyone we dealt with at Jacobs Steel was so friendly & professional, on the ball with great communication at every step of the way ... our flat was literally online & let within a couple of days and our tenant is great! This is not the first time we've used Jacobs Steel and we will use again in the future for sure - highly recommend!

From the very first property viewing to the last phone call confirming we had completed, Ross was entirely professional and focused on getting us there and always made us feel we were his priority. The purchase took much longer than we'd anticipated - no fault on Jacob Steel's part - but Ross continued to keep in touch and to return our calls and respond to our questions promptly and with patience. I put an offer in on a house and jacob steel never got back to me. I had to chase and got a rude email back from Matt the area manager saying i had won the property but was beratting me about it. Turns out he thought I was another customer and sending me her private details too. When I addressed his rudeness and breach of GDPR shrugged it off like it happens every day and it's no big problem. I wrote an email of complaint and guess who wrote back and closed the complaint. The area manager Matt. They have then tried booking to see my other flats I'm selling through another agency without my permission and even called my estate agents to try and get keys. I was so taken aback by the sheer audacity of jacob steel iv had to reach out to leave this review. They have no idea what they are doing and have no organisation skills. I wouldn't trust them to sell lemonade on a stand let alone a property. Very un trustworthy very un professional

Jacobs Steel -Brilliant all round- delighted- best in WorthingI have dealt with many agents over the years but I have to say this was the best experience I have had to date. Greg the sales manager advised a sensible approach, highlighting issues that stand out to potential buyers. I felt more than confident in Jacobs Steel hands with regular updates from the highly efficient Laura the branch manager, who leads a real team. With other agents I lost contact with the guys in the office as once the sale is agreed they then refer you to a ‘progressor’ who does not know you, never met you and does not know your circumstances. Jacobs Steel has expert knowledge of the Worthing market, has a good list of potential buyers, a willingness to be proactive and call those buyers and the marketing skills to show your property in the best light. I would highly recommend Jacobs Steel, and have used them for buying and selling.
