worst agent I have ever had to deal with trying to buy a property. Lies upon lies from them throughout, then I got the inevitable. They vendor has sold to someone else, only to find it still for sale. while under offer, they were still trying to sell it, nothing on their website saying under offer, when I questioned them, the response was 'we on put under offer when it has been agreed', shouldn't it say sold at that point?

GoogleAfter just one week in our new property- disaster hit with an electric issue and I was working in London trying to sort it and felt totally helpless and then TAADAA!! The Wonder Team in Property Management came through for us and were such a massive support! I fully recommend this agent p they were the fourth agent to try to sell my flat they were efficient communicative friendly imaginative (with the photos ). When my buyer dropped out on n the day of exchange they found other cash buyers and the help of a sales progressor I .had completed within 6 weeks. GoogleOllie has been really responsive from the moment we contacted him. He has sorted any issue out efficiently and had followed up all queries immediately. The tenancy process was clear and quick unlike other experiences we have had. I had a problem with a repair on the property and all the team were really helpful, and resolved the issue fully. I would definitely recommend them as lettings agents.

We encountered a couple of hiccups, such as the flat door being left unlocked after one viewing and some confusion over the handover with our dedicated sales consultant. Despite these issues, I found the team to be approachable whenever I needed an update. I was also reassured by their close contact with the buyer, which made me feel confident that they were also satisfied during the process.

GoogleWe rest easy knowing Jacobs Steel are managing our property. As first time landlords, we were naturally quite nervous about letting our property. We got a few different quotes but Jacobs Steel stood out from the start for their professionalism and organisation. They found us the perfect tenant in less then two days. They've also been really supportive throughout the process and really put our minds at rest. GoogleI walked into Jacobs Steel office on 16.11.18 and asked if they had a property to match my requirements -- it was unbelievable how all my wishes were in the property I have now purchased -- first floor apartment, at Goring, all electric, garage, south facing balcony, the right price. The service I have had has been first class -- Jacobs Steel have kept in touch with my solicitor, the vendor and myself. I collected the keys yesterday and move in next Monday 4th February. GoogleCompleted on our sales and purchase two weeks ago with the sale being through Jacobs Steel. They were incredible throughout and, with a direct comparison against the other agent I can tell you that they went above and beyond what seems to be the level of service provided elsewhere. Having had the property for sale through a different agent for 6 weeks, with 30+ viewings and no sale, Jacobs Steel managed to sell the property in a week and a half, simply by getting the right people to come and view it. I couldn't believe how quickly they matched up the property with a suitable buyer. They then closely managed the entire transaction looking after and updating not only me, but also my buyer, which I think is massively important. Both parties were always kept in the loop as to where we were and what would happen next. We ran into a couple of hiccups along the way and Jacobs Steel managed these seamlessly, not letting anyone worry or panic. I felt incredibly supported throughout and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use them again. Particular kudos to Luke who was my main point of contact. Even when he went on holiday he handed over seamlessly so that the level of service was consistent. Thank you all for you hard work.
