Messages were always relayed and someone always phoned back if they weren't able to help immediately. They communicated issues swiftly to the landlord and got them resolved promptly. I dealt with Will, Ollie and Natalie and they were efficient, friendly and quick to respond to any queries when I rented out my property for the first time. They were informative and organised, sorted out the professional certificates and tenancy agreement, making the whole process run smoothly, relieving pressure on me. Great service, impressed by the team's professionalism. Also good value for money and they found me some lovely tenants the first time the house was advertised. Highly recommend.

The service offered by Jacob Steele has been brilliant. Their marketing skills, communication and attention to detail is second to none. The property sales industry is one that can often rely on outdated sales techniques and clunky patter but Jacob Steele really could not be more different to this. They understand the market and offer a customised service per client. I dealt with the same agent throughout and Amelia is warm, personable, charming and funny - the perfect person you would want selling your home. Her communication with me has also been spot on, dealing with a tricky issue with professionalism and grace. Don't bother going to anyone else if you're looking to sell a property during these tricky times.

Outstanding customer service! Libby Horner was the main negotiator during the sale of my flat. Libby is knowledgeable, assertive, organized, polite, a great listener, very responsive, reliable and definitely the best negotiator I have ever seen! Libby can adapt to any change of circumstances extremely quickly and come up with the perfect solution in no time. I'm truly impressed with the way she negotiated the price of my flat, while being very assertive and extremely polite to my buyer at the same time. Would like to take the time to thank the team at Jacobs Steel Chapel Road for all of their hard work in the sale of our property. Special mention to Luke. He has been brilliant and went above and beyond to ensure my husband and I were looked after, kept up to date and were well advised throughout the whole process. Estate agents get a bad reputation but Luke really dispelled any prior reservations we had with dealing in this business. His honesty, and down to earth personality made him a pleasure to deal with and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell their house in the local area. From the very first home visit valuation we felt relaxed and confident that this estate agents would be a positive experience. We met several people all with their specialist areas of expertise. Mel was very friendly and made our house look amazing with her photos. Matt, Luke, Lois and Perry were always in touch providing us with updates on our sale. I have never worked with Jacob’s steel prior to renting my new property however, the communication has been great, they have been timely and supportive throughout! I couldn’t have asked for a better estate agent. I had a really bad experience in the past with estate agents and Jacob steel have turned that around for me. I already had a slight maintenance issue that was fixed within half an hour after reporting it. What an excellent team I would 100% recommend.

Not professional. They put my property up as sold the first day some customer made an offer.took it off the market for more than 2 months in the spring .the best time to sell a house l when on the inter net and found out they were not in a position to buy my house .hence l have had a bill from my solicitor.l have been in touch with fine & country who were selling my buyers property .and the have put in writing this property has never been sold .contrary to jacobsteel who said they are telling lies . The stress has been terrible . I do not recommend Jacob steel

My second time using Jacobs Steel and I absolutely do not regret my decision. From the moment Luke entered my house for the valuation, regardless of still having another two valuations booked, I knew I was going to choose Jacobs Steel to sell my house. Their approach is customer service led as opposed to sales led which is so refreshing and clearly what sets them apart from their competitors. No pushy sales approach whatsoever. They marketed my house beautifully. Viewings were booked and I received 2 offers within 3 days of it going out to their registered clients. I accepted the 2nd offer before it was even listed on Rightmove. From the point of accepting the offer to completion, the relationship continued and was kept updated at all key points. Luke and Jack were an absolute pleasure to work with and I’m Super grateful for such a smooth transaction. Thanks for finding the perfect buyers to enjoy and love my home as much as I did.
